We are a dropshipping company based in Argentina. Each order is shipped directly from selected manufacturers to your address. If you have any issues, you may contact us to help arrange a return to the manufacturer and process a possible refund.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NiceHomeStuff is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection by the manufacturer. Please contact us to arrange a return if needed.
